It's a Shakespeare AT-2011. I bought all of the sections and the base for about $125 at Murphy's Surplus in El Cajon. This was back about 10 years ago, so he might not have any left. They usually go really fast when he gets them in. A friend of mine knows Mike very well, and I got to sift through the collection of them, and came up with a complete set that was basically new.
