bt join:2009-02-26 canada kudos:1	It's only on DSL. I believe cable usage is only reported daily, so they can't break it down into hourly blocks like they can with DSL.

c2roth Premium join:2006-04-26 Kitchener, ON kudos:2	reply to cloud8521 Cable has a rolling monthly average for usage billing. If you are looking for unlimited usage between set hours then DSL is your best bet.
