Speed Tests do not reflect an ISP's throughput on all activities when they are being clamped down (testmy is just another file download).
I'm on Exede's 5 mbps service, and have no complaints, as based upon an user's experience, but I'm not a heavy file downloader. |

Btw I've had Excede for 2 months and never see less than 15Mb/s
HN 9000 is lucky at 1.4Mbps

Of course depends which test site you are using for your scores |
