1. Remove the green? As in- remove the color or the entire ball?
2. Merge them in a slow .gif? As in- animated or just need .gif extension? If animated: As in- balls rotating in a circle? As in- random color changes? As in- bouncing balls...etc?

Maybe your dog doesn't like the red coloring taste or smell? You may want to try different colored treats but again you still have to factor in taste and/or smell of each dye used to color the treats.
I still don't know what you want done with the image?

So how do know if the scent, taste and texture are the same? Could also be association? The dog may associate the color red with something he dislikes.
