Our GM was messaging everyone last night... like "are you coming to raid tomorrow? please? we need you!

Lots of guild joins last night, I predict more people to carry, but I think I had enough...

From now until MoP there will be a fine line of GMs/Officers to keep toons interested in the game. We have done a good job of it. I know that can change at a moments notice. We are only 1/8 H, but after the last few weeks of pugging on my alts, I have learned how truly lucky we are to have the smart people in our guild. I laugh sometimes at the cookie cutting for strats that goes on when trying to down bosses. Absolutely no free thought. I was on my alt shammy last night. on Ultra. It was stated man we need to 3 heal this boss. I laughed in vent. I said 2 heal is good enuff. Our Paly solo's this crap. They stated, "That is not even possible." Well we 2 healed it, downed it, and i did 37.5 HPS. If you have a good group of smart players, don't leave unless you have to. Some of the players out there are terribad.

I'm on the other side of the coin, I can't believe how many bad people are in the gulid right now...

Well had to be, GM recruits like all day, spams trade with recruiting text, invites them as soon as she gets psts, I even wonder if she even asks for achievements, much less armory them..

I'm finding the words and/or excuses to just leave the guild, I feel bad because I got my legendaries here but I have to move on.

Funny the best player I have ever recruited had zero raiding experience, no raid achievements and had only done a couple of 5 man dungeons. This guy later 2 healed bane.

Absolutely smoked H Ultrax last night. Was a pretty awesome night for our small guild. On top of all this awesomeness our rouge got the legendaries last night also. On to Heroic Yorshag. Tips would be expected and appreciated.

1 tank and either 2 or 3 heal it. Holy paladin will make your life easier. Druid or DK tank is best because of absorbs, with the nerf any tank should be fine.

In our 10 man run.... we use the H Yor mod, except when it calls out for a Y/B/R/P, sometimes it wants you to kill Purple and sometime it wants you to kill yellow. I usually just tell the raid to always kill purple, because our AOE dps is really nice, I wouldn't take too many of these though, it might cause you to get behind in DPS. I'd say 2 double adds phases should be your max.

The addon is amazing, definitely get it.

WE have it. We used it to get the acheive. So we have a Paly and Shammy heals we should be fine, as well as a druid tank

Cig, from what I have seen, get used to calling out quick ---stack ,spread, adds/void, double adds, limited heals ---- so everyone is on same page. Once everyone understands that, the toughest thing is hanging in on the doulbe adds long enough to get them down or almost down and getting the next slime in time

^ + Only need raid cooldowns on phases w/ red and on phases w/ adds + purple, use stronger ones on red and purple
