An "accident" doesn't have a criminal element; but doesn't absolve the at-fault party involved in the accident from paying for the damage they caused. |

Welland, ON | You everyone is complaining about this and that and saying it should be fine and she should just accept it. Well as someone finally posted there was a temp road into the area where the box was supposed to go. So Bhell just put it there. Yes that is wrong but goes to show how lazy the techs where that did it. You all are saying its fine, well what if the lazy techs put it right in the middle of the driveway would that still be fine with you all? Telling her to suck it up where it is is just saying you know its ok to just do whatever you want and they will continue to do so. Just remember what goes around comes around and one day you people could be dealing with the same issue. |

Right, Bell's techs were lazy because they didn't rebuild the temporary road for the property owner...
The indicated spot was unavailable, so they put it where they could. It's not a big conspiracy.
