PJL join:2008-07-24 Long Beach, CA kudos:2 | nycdave, do you know if the audio driver issue on 7XXX boxes (the one that caused "stuttering/distortion" on Pandora and Verizon Media Manager streaming) was fixed? |
|
 | reply to nascar 1) How about the occasional 'freezing' lockup of playback during FFW, cauing the need to exit from the recording, then come back in & resume play ...
2) Someone should have tentative VHO dates to post by now ? |

Anon | reply to nascar Anyone have a list of the Dac order for the rollout? |

nascar join:2000-02-28 Verona, NJ kudos:2 | reply to just lou The duration is configurable when changing channels and when Info is pressed. Two separate settings.
There is no change with regards to this size of the Info Bar (that I see) but it might be a bit smaller. Not sure. The Info Bar as well at the IMG has gone through a visual re-work.

Pandora *should* be fixed in this release.

Not sure anyone wants to or can post dates.

Nothing is perfect... But I'm trying!

Here is one thing I have wanted for so long and it is here! And it is Live! |
|
 | reply to Onedollar Did they fix the multiroom DVR issue where you couldn't "resume" a paused or stopped recording in another room? That feature has been super flaky since 1.9 was released. I almost always had to start over and then fast forward back to where I was when resuming in another room. Very irritating...
PS. It should be noted that this was mainly an issue for recordings that were still in progress... |

1.9 top and 1.9.1 bottom. The 1.9.1 picture isn't that great. I like the 1.9.1 look. It has a more crisp and robust feel to it. The icons have been redesigned and look more in line with the whole guide. And I think it is much easier on the eyes. |

 | why is your guide date jan 13? |

nascar join:2000-02-28 Verona, NJ kudos:2 | It is from when "Live" was added in test. But that image represents what I see on my TV (I think for the most part anyway).
"Live" *should* replace *new* for live sporting events.

Why oh why will they not make it smaller? They obviously know people think its too big. At least the whole bottom third is useless. |
