The # (aspect) button on the Fios remote does zoom when pressed 3 times. It is not permanent and resets when the channel is changed.
Since I don`t stretch SD TV I use the Zoom when an SD feed is letterboxed creating the windowboxed look (bars on all 4 sides). Zoom fills the screen without distorting or cutting off the picture. |

What is going on. Looks like my Fios menu has changed and VOD is no longer working. All weekend this was the problem. Could not order VOD or use any interactive widgets. |

If you set the output for SD to 480i or native you can then use your TV's 4:3 default setting to zoom. I guess it depends on your TV but I know that Sonys have this option. |

| Not sure if it's already been mentioned, but the DVR 'random reboots' are still occurring. I don't know if it's at the same frequency as it was with 1.9, but it happened on mine early this morning and has happened twice since I got the firmware upgrade.
Anyone else still seeing this? |

I have not seen any random reboots since the upgrade. Our VHO was upgraded mid-May. Before upgrade, reboots were regular, some predictable. Have not been able to cause reboots that could be triggered with 1.9a. Also have not seen any random reboots. Since there are no log, cannot say if there have been any random, scheduled, or forced rebooted. 1.9.1 appears much more stable. |

That's good to hear on your end....maybe it's my external hard drive or something. I'll have to detach it and see what happens....beyond that I can't think of what would still be causing it. |

Just a heads up, Florida is VHO 2, VHO 3 is California. That being said, I'd also like to know when VHO 2/ DAC 7 is scheduled for a roll-out. |

Just curious, as I hadn't noticed this thread before. Twitter Joe added me to the slow spin for 1.9a. I have 1.91 now. Has the fast spin for VHO 1 already happened? Looked in the thread but I may have missed it in the 16 pages. Just wanted to see if I am still on the slow spin list. |

kudos:1 | They apparently are not carrying over those on slow spin from 1.9a. Fast spin for DAC 1 (vho 1, 3,3a) occurred 5/9. May 22 saw dac 9 (VHO 7, 8). People in DAC 3 (VHO 4,9,9a) have said they have seen messages that will get it today. |

Got it in VHO9a this morning, all 4 boxes updated w/o a problem. I like the new color scheme. |
