| New Easy Gadget Released for the PC???? I got e-mail yesterday about a new version. Seemed it was for the idevices, but it didn't mention the PC?
So I went to the site and there IS a PC part on the page (»brighthouse.com/central-florida/···y-gadget). I signed into the site and then there is NO link for the PC? Just a getting started and an FAQ link?
OK, I'll at least put it on my iPad. There is a link for that (and I'm on my PC, I'll get it and then attach the iPad and tranfer it) but the App Store in iTunes says that there is no US version of the app???
Odd to say the least?
Am I doing something wrong? Is there still a PC app and has it been changed from the 2.0 version I now have?
I also tried going by the apps by device page and for Easy Gadget (PC device selected) I got to the same page as above.

kudos:82 | Irv it's there. I just went through the process, clicked download Easy Gadget and then the Install option was displayed. You have to be signed into My Services and obviously have to subscribe to phone service which you do. |

| Hmm, NOT on my computer, both under IE9 and FF 11 and I am signed in?
Nothing is a link to get it. I'm already signed in and then if I do it again, I get a screen that send me back to where I was if I go to the app center?
What am I messing?

Gary, I assume you meant the one for the iPad, I was talking about the PC one... I can not find the link (in the paragraph above the iPad) there.
Speaking of which, the iPad link doesn't work for me, see the capture...
All I wanted to do was see if there was a NEW PC app, and if so, what version as I now have 2.0. If I missed that link for the PC, tell me where, and I guess I can't find it without a posting of a picture or a direct link?

Irv the iPad app is also working fine. Deinstall your old app, reinstall the new app and you will be fine. The download for PC is exactly where I sent you once you click on that screen another screen opens up and you can't miss it. |

| Gary, I was able to get the iPad via the APP STORE on the iPad, the link on the page that opens up iTunes is how I got the error.
See my first set of pictures. The 'link' I suspect I should take was the login/register one, and the last picture is of where that sent me. No link for the PC app? Can you post a picture of where I should look?
I'm not about to remove the PC app if I can't get another?

I am not aware of an updated easygadget for PC at the moment. So you have the iPad app then... alright I'm out for the rest of the day. |
