It took me a glance to know it wasn't real. Those agencies and that act do not exist.
It's a hoax or fake publicity stunt by the site. Or maybe they got hacked. But I think hoax.

| from a graphic designers point of view: the RED diagonal "seizure" in the background is WAY, WAY more than the government is into including in this type of notice. It feels very "news flash!" or "this just in" perhaps "blammo" or "shazam" or even "holy, sopa/cipa/riaa, batman! they thought they we're free" kind of humor. Personally at the moment I am annoyed by the Dalliance, but I will most likely chuckle, more than once, when the punchline is delivered. |
