Even simpler would be to plug it in to a cable jack and see if it will sync up.
The only real reason to refuse service is if they don't yet have a config file that works with it, or if one of the config files on CC's network might brick it. (EXTREMELY unlikely, but at your risk until CC finishes inhouse testing and adds it to the list) |
