| Comcast upgrading system? Does anyone here have any info if Comcast has any plan's to upgrade their plant here in Cecil county Md. I see a lot of utility work going on up in Elkton also south of Chesapeake City. Lot's of the coax is falling of the poles in and around Cecilton. Look's like comcast here south of Elkton just forgot about they even have service down here. |
