Re: [Bill] Random "non-recurring charges" of $255.36 o How old are your children? Looks like its going to be Pay per view. Comcast is usually pretty good of removing it once if its because of children. Than you have the people that have it removed so easy they try to do it again. But PPv is something any CSR can see, so only comcast can tell you. Call regular hours and try that route. |

 | Both kids are in college out of state. There have been no PPV charges. That has been confirmed by the Comcast CSRs I spoke with at various times about this charge. None of them could determine what the charge was for. This is just a single line item charge with no explanation that was in unbilled activity for 2 months and is now listed as a non-recurring charge, increasing this month's bill to over $510. -- Hmmmm... That worked last time... |

 | Can you post a copy of that charge on the actual pdf. ? Did you by any chance get a letter from Wells Fargo about a billing mix up by them that caused issues for Comcast customers?

 | reply to ZsExperiment Non-recurring charges can also include Directory Assistance, 900 calls or International Calls. And having set up Comcast accounts, there could be a mix up with the returned modem, modem rental fees, duplicate install charges, and so on. I suggest going to a local office if all possible, as airwavz suggested. Calling a local number does not guarantee you will get the local office.
Even if the charges are incorrect, credit in that amount is not as simple as just removing it due to operator ID restrictions and system requirements. |

 | Maybe this could be for that modem that was returned and yet they turn around and billed for it anyway. |
