| Really Sprint. I mean really? So I called up sprint about my samsung phone always having issues getting signal, not ringing. Getting the notification that I got a voice mail 1 hour after the fact, always having to reboot.
What does the genius at sprint say? Well your having these issues because you live near a large body of water.

So to take away from your statement of "Well your having these issues because you live near a large body of water. " Are you telling me that my wifes SPRINT phone that works fine should have the same issue and does not because the large body of water (Lake Erie) only affects my phone
Or are you saying that you had me sign a contract with Full knowledge that because I live near a large body of water that you knew you could not provide the service that you stated you could?
What is it Sprint. I mean I've heard solar flares, Reflections from Venus, Swamp gas, and heck even weather balloon story's that make more sense then your flimsy excuse of living near a large body of water.
Seriously Just suck it up and replace the broke samsung phone you sold me. And don't worry this is my last contract with you. |
