All I know is that when I need to clean the paint build up off a 5 gallon bucket roller grid, we burn it off. Once ignited, the latex paint will burn on it's own until it is ash. Yeah, and if you set your hair on fire it will do the same thing, is hair flammable too?
Latex paint is combustible not flammable.
