It was a gamble on whether my rates would go up by $2 over the next 2 years, plus I have several kids at home after school that I don't mind paying a few bucks extra in case my VoIP acts up. |

Montreal, QC | Everyone can make the decision for his/her own. People have cellphones (sometimes multiple) as a backup in the rare case that VoIP is down. I don't need a second backup, but unfortunately it's not an option. |
