Re: afraid Very mistaken, and listening to their nonsense they're spreading, they were sold this spectrum with the specific condition that it COULD NOT be used for anything other than space to ground transmissions. Then they petitioned the FCC to get that condition removed, and had it removed conditionally - on the condition they could prove non-interference. All their testing proved that it would interfere, so that conditional authorization was revoked and they're crying like babies.
This spectrum was extremely cheap specifically because it could not be used for anything other than space to ground communications due to interference with GPS. |
