Exceptionally slow speed the past two to three weeks in Watertown (near Boston), MA. Paying for 25Mbps, getting between .5Mbps - 1Mbps. Service was completely down a few days ago for an entire night.
RCN is saying "we pinged the modem and are getting an acceptable response rate." Really? REALLY? Tried connecting directly to the modem with no real improvement, and have done all of the power cycling ridiculousness.
