Yes,both channels gone, here my new speed

Gone as in "One Moment Please This Channel will be available Shortly" ? If so you need to get a tech out there as your dropping off right before CH 83 which RR runs on, and if those channels are gone they are up there with RR's Freq. That was my issue.

Yes both Speed and tru is pixel'sI Just got my internet back on line out most of the night ,Lost internet about 10:00 pm .Most of my HD channels is pixels, a lot of my digital channels pixel's my analog is ok,except for channel one is pixel's ,This only happens at night, I do have Tech coming out sat,between 1-3 pm this was scheduled a few day's ago.

Only outher thing the HD pixilating is the 6412 you have Insight dosent issue anymore, see if you can get a DCX3400, its black, has white LEDs and smaller then the 6412, it not then the DCH one is nice too with the white LEDs. I cant say for shure the pixilation is signal or your box going bad, if you had either of those boxes and still had isues i could safely say it was a signal issue.

I have to see what happens.

Yesterday, a guy down the street ordered cable(insight),and put a new line from his pole to mine. and my HD and Digital cable came back,but I'm still having internet problems. my signal is ok,cable guy said,that check the signal at back of the house.

I'm still getting speed in the 6mbs range

I went in to the set ,the modem to factory default,and rebooted the modem,and it did improve my speed,so i guess this the best speed I can get with 15 turbo

Why does »speedtest.ohiordc.rr.com/ show faster speed, then speedtest.net ?

The RR Speed test is local on the Road Runner network.. Speedtest.net your using sites external to Road Runner which means those sites could have their own latency/bandwidth issues.

Interesting, but at least now your getting turbo speed which is 15Mbps and higher with PowerBoost.
