What if...?

So, let's say that my friend which is on Comcast Business sets up a server and I connect to it with my Comcast connection and download lots of files... In the terabytes. Comcast is basically saying that this large amount of data will not count against my cap since it's all on Comcast's private network? I doubt it! What do you think?

That is where their argument clearly falls apart, unless they make an exception for all traffic that doesn't leave it's own network and even then , it's logic is arguable but it still violates net neutrality.

Look at this text about net neutrality, it clearly covers protecting competition.

In May 2010, after reports indicated the FCC would drop their effort to enforce net neutrality, they announced they would continue their fight. It was believed the FCC would not be able to enforce net neutrality after a Federal court's overthrow of the agency's Order against Comcast.[25]
On December 21, 2010, the FCC approved new rules banning cable television and telephone service providers from preventing access to competitors or certain web sites such as Netflix. The rules would not keep ISPs from charging more for faster access. Republicans in Congress plan to reverse the rules through legislation.[26]
The FCC's net neutrality R&O[27] put forward the following rules to govern non-discrimination online:
§8.1 Purpose. The purpose of this Part is to preserve the Internet as an open platform enabling consumer choice, freedom of expression, end-user control, competition, and the freedom to innovate without permission.

Maybe there should be? So that this doesn't happen?
