Re: For those who are on 16 profile, what's your actual speed? Ok, follow up few weeks after my profile is synced to 19/0.7
I'm still getting 10-14 .. speed fluctuates a lot .. I don't know what the heck is happening.

After a week of crazy roller coaster, speed seems to stabilize at 16ish today.

kudos:23 | Noise margin looks high enough. Although, the tool isn't showing the RCO, so we may need to pull the stats on our end. If you could post in the » TekSavvy Direct forum, we could get the stats for you.

| Hi Martin,
I got bumped from 16M/824 to 19M/824 profile last Thursday(April 5th) without even asking. Speed was nice and fast, connection was stable.
Today(April 10th) it went back down to 16M profile. Just curious what happened and if it's possible to get the line restored to the 19M profile. Getting a taste of real 16Mbit only to have it taken from you a few days later isn't fun.

I searched that CRTC document and couldn't find that the Overhead had to be covered. But,
Nowhere does it say "less the overhead";
