Blocking calls by area code and paying in advance

Does Viatalk have call blocking by area code? Do they still have where you buy i year get 1 free?

Yes you can block incoming calls with pattern matching. 1866 blocks all calls from 1-866-xxx-xxxx.

They no longer offer prepay for new customers existing ones seem to still be able to get prepay deals. Wouldn't hurt to ask them.
