Unfortunately the Hallmark Movie Channel will only be available in the Music & Movies package, and is not available with the Digital Plus package.

Why when I called customer service they don't know this and are like we don't have a channel 292 even listed?

They may have been looking at the out of date channel list by accident. I am going by this one - »mediacomtoday-lineup.com/lineup/···ill.aspx which is the most up to date list available.
