My biggest beef with them is that I think they went a bit too far on the efficiency cuts... seems that quite a few people paid the price for it. But what really hits me is that instead of negotiating with labor, etc. they chose to re-purpose the bankruptcy courts to do their negotiating for them. Well, that and I feel they used the BR courts because they hadn't exercised their option to do so, as the others all already have, just because.
Pretty slimy. It's pretty sad what they did and they screwed a lot of hard working employees in the process. |
