avoid this company. they are located in china, and therefore return shipping is prohibitive, and communicating with them is a challenge, since their english is lacking.
i ordered and received item, but it was labeled 5 SIZES TOO SMALL. The did offer to refund item cost, but not original shipping costs. They sent mislabeled/wrong item, and wanted me to be responsible for original shipping fees? Made mistake of involvig PayPal, who wanted me to return item to China, although lightinthebox said they would refund item cost and that I could KEEP mislabeled item. All 'round BAD IDEA to do business with these guys. Also very difficult communicating with them since their English leaves MUCH to be desired. Many miscommunications. Aaarrrgghhh... |

I'll be one of the first to shred a shill, but this looks like a legitimate attempt at customer service.
It might have been nice to have provided adequate support on their website, but better late than never.
OP should keep us posted on whether or not the issue is ultimately resolved. Enquiring minds want to know. |

PeeWeePremium join:2001-10-21 Madera, CA | reply to zzzthree13 I've made a couple of orders with them and have been completely satisfied. i am careful enough to read every word of information applicable. A cursory look and you would be convinced you are getting much more than you pay for. I will say the last item I bought was a ridiculously good deal. A medium low end tablet 1g processor 256 ram sd card, headset plug, full size and mini usb, 7 inch screen and Wi-fi only for data, which means free to use. $70 shipped. PeeWeePremium join:2001-10-21 Madera, CA 1 edit | reply to Whip Are there others? I am in no way affiliated but I am a satisfied customer. What you show is one post made by someone that posted that and nothing else as far as I can tell. You and I both know how easy it is to defame a competitor on the internet. (edit) I looked and I found others, most are expecting more than offered and scheduling issues when even I knew better than to see the product for a couple of weeks, although last time I was pleasantly surprised. -- Those that charge less for their work understand what their work is worth! |
