Re: Predatory pricing? I think people deliberately like being obtuse to try and back up a political ideology.
It's quite simple: Charter is dumping their product with the express goal of making the Muni lose money and fail, so that they can go back to ripping people off with no competition.
Charter knows they can always make up any losses by overcharging people everywhere else in their national footprint, knowing the Muni operators cannot spread costs beyond their local area.
This isn't competition. It's an attack.
