• DID numbers are billed on a fixed monthly fee basis with no per minute charges.
• Each DID has 10 channels as standard, allowing 10 concurrent incoming calls on the same number. Additional channels can be purchased if required.
Monthly fee for a US DID is $0.25.

This is somewhat misleading -- you need to purchase trunks (channels shared among all DIDs in a region or in the world) separately. Monthly cost of a channel varies from $7.75 to $22.00. See the Trunks worksheet in »www.voxbeam.com/static/voxbeam_d···orm.xlsx . |

You are right. It is a bit confusing when Voxbeam writes "Each DID has 10 channels as standard, allowing 10 concurrent incoming calls on the same number. Additional channels can be purchased if required".
