This could be the big break for which some of us were waiting.
AND, I cannot help wondering whether B$ELL somehow knew of this when they set up their March promo for Indies.

The reality it's so early in the month that anyone in Cogecoland that was thinking about xDSL is going to jump over to Start.

I also reckon that Start nudged Cogeco into 'shitting or getting off the pot', so that this announcement could happen today, as a well-timed response to Bell's IISP DSL FTTN promo. |
