Re: How does Brighthouse compare to Comcast? I forgot to add that the 20/4 I have with Comcast includes PowerBoost - the actual speed is 12/2.
I just looked on the Bright House website, and they only seem to serve a limited number of areas; I assume this allows them to achieve a higher customer satisfaction. |

All service calls are free, if they are late you get a crdit to your bill. Only contractors are paid per call.
the speed offerings are 10/1 20/2 with power boost (typically see 25+/2 on speed tests) and 40/4 or 40/5. All are available in a tripple play bundle. |

| The 20/2 (PowerBoost included) will be fine for me. I rarely use anything that is upload-heavy, so the download speed is what counts for me.
Also, how is the HD picture quality? |

"Service calls" (to fix a problem) are free. New service installations and additions are not always free (in my experience), but sometimes they are... sometimes, even when you wouldn't expect it to be free, it is free.

Hi there...
Our Turbo 20 is an actual 20/2 plus turbo boost which brings you to anywhere from 20 to 28 for the initial few seconds depending on what you are downloading.
