There is nothing wrong with the concept, only the detail.

When they initially offered UBB last year, it was a $15 package, before the peanut gallery of "consumer activists" shouted them down.

If it were a cheap base package, i.e. $15 for 1GB, plus $1/GB, that would sell like hotcakes.
