I figured the phone rep did not know what she was talking about then she said the connection was wireless.
That means they will probably have to run some new wiring. Currently have one wire from outside to the main TV then a separate wire from the outside to the room with the cable modem and the second TV.
Unless they can connect things together in their junction box on the back of the house.
