Re: how long from subscription to getting the appointment date ?
I'm in my eight business day waiting for the call, keeping my fingers crossed. But when exactly does the billing cycle begin then? The day the modem is activated?
And geez, as I write this I just had New Edition's "Mr Telephone Man" springing up in my mind. Life sucks.
