Notification of DOCSIS3 availability?

It would be nice if there was some way to be notified when the faster tiers become available, besides calling and checking occasionally.

Are there any mailing lists? or a page with a published list of areas with DOCSIS3 available, something that could be scraped periodically.

I'm in the Quinte West/Belleville region.
