The Arris has an option for the correct protocall pass through (IPSec, PPTP and L2TP) but enabling doesn't have any effect. Disabling the firewall, port forwarding (or virtual servers as the modem calls it) or placing anything in the DMZ doesn't return the expected results as everything is still blocked.
