psafux Premium,VIP join:2005-11-10 kudos:2	and just to clarify, the envelopes are not ones that I paid for. Bill & credit card offer envelopes work great for holding smaller things to shred. I keep a stack of them at my desk for a variety of purposes - quick notes, shredding fodder, etc.

The metallic layer gets broken up into a spiderweb network of burnt lines. Doesn't seem to hurt the microwave either.
