<description><![CDATA[cybered posted : I was wondering if you found a solution to this problem.  I have been plagued by this problem for the past couple of weeks and have not found a solution.  I am using win7-64 ultimate.  my upgrade to 9.01 happened around the same time as I upgraded to SP1 for win7.<br><br>I reinstalled my win7 and still had the problem.  I guess i will try a new profile.   It is so weird.  not to many people with the problem but it is real. ]]></description>

Followed your suggestion, new profile, no problem sites render correctly.<br><br>Disabled each extension one by one with a restart for each, no difference so I guess it's not an add-on, although that's where I though the best bet was.]]></description>

I downgraded to 8.1 and I'm still seeing the same thing, so I have no idea.
