Have you tried disabling mlppp if you use it?
when I had an older version of tomato/mlppp, some mtu problems caused me to be unable to connect to my router reliably from the outside.
havent had that problem in a long time with 1.27 latest beta |

even 1.27 has several bugs, specially when used w/ MLPPP on. I replaced mine with an OpenRD running Ubuntu and configured mlppp&routing on it and it's much more stable. |
