I'm a little late to the party here, but is TekSavvy out of beta with the IPv6 yet? I believe there was some maintenance a few weeks (maybe 2?) to roll out some IPv6 stuff.
My router seems to have IPv6 addresses on all of its interfaces except for ppp0.
The router OS upgrade was in preparation for eventually rolling out in production. AFAIK all of their edge routers in Toronto and Vancouver are running the same OS rev.
