Their pathetic bandwidth caps effectively limit your connection's average speed for the billing period to under 1 Mbps. What impressive broadband! I don't care if Comcap claims to have a 50 Mbps package, as long as it has that cap, it's a 1 Mbps package. Period. Time Warner Cable, Verizon and Cablevision are the only three that deserve to be on that list as none have caps at this time.
