Simple, its the internet speeds I could give a hoot if some channels that would be in the ultimate platinum cobalt tier are missing ... Price too. Verizon is cheaper or equivalent for most bundles. I switched from bright house back in the summer of 2009 and the primary motivating factor was the frequent macro-blocking on HD channels. Many channels were practically unwatchable.
Bright house has all the HD channels that I miss on Verizon (Cartoon Network, Tennis Channel) but inferior quality for a greater price isn't something that I could easily stomach. |
