Then why did I still need to start mowing in February 2011 and keep mowing through December 2011 and, if it were not snowing, that lawn could really use another pass with the mower?! You're getting it all confused here, Howie!

They are saying this will likely continue through Monday and then ...

Next week... a series of stronger and wetter frontal systems will
move across the Pacific northwest... starting around Tuesday. These
weather systems could bring a threat of significant snow to The
Lowlands but the extended computer model solutions are showing a
large amount of variability this morning. The exact track and
strength of the systems that will bring this winter weather threat
are uncertain at this time.

Please monitor latest forecast for additional information.

You know, since we have had the big pony, 'er, dog, I had almost forgotten that we still have to contend with your irritating Groundchuck kin every spring...

I do distinctly recall that you have failed to come through with an early spring on any occasion, but have preferred to bask in our misery. It was 4 below zero this morning and I was not amused.

Watch out for those lovely greens that you might see lying around nearer to Rodent Day... I hear that arsenic does a fine job when used sparsely with carrots and new lettuce!

And, I'm a runnin' fast now!!
