Unfortunately instancing isn't why I'm seeing so few people. No planets ever have more than one instance on my server. That was one thing I checked for when I went around and counted the number of players on my server. Anyway, I've gone and re-rolled on a higher population server to see if I can't find some kind of community to play with. Maybe I'll continue my sub if I can find something.
