[SW Ontario] Cogeco Digital cable

Everytime the digital signal switches to CTV for Canadian content while in the middle of a program the picture freezes up for a few seconds. Only when on CTV.
While watching the NFL playoffs... FOX signal switched to CTV and when NBC signal switched to CTV. The CTV signal freezes up during the games.
