I had to call 3 times to cancel service. 1st time, they thought I said I am out of area for a bit will return, 2nd time cancel at end of billing period, 3rd time was a charm. Every time I called I said I wanted to cancel service because I moved out of area, and cannot access service. One must call over and over and over again to make sure your request is honored. I have no compaints on service when in service area, I have received good service. But when leaving service area, I must end service, and it has been difficult to get across.
