Isn't it the same as with B$ell? So I'd assume similar pricing to DSL. By the way, those speeds are old (they changed in February 2011).

The document is dated 15 November 2011. Is there a newer document with different speeds for Videotron?

I would be ecstatic if TSI increased our caps to 75GB (on 8/1). 75GB for me would be wonderful (I know most of you people living in Ontario are laughing at me, lol). Plus overage fees are now 0.50$ compared to 4.75$ (I think).

EBox offpeak period is from 2am to noon instead of 8am like Tek
interesting..

Which is much more reasonable. Of course make it "subject to change without notice", and monitor the actual network usage, but I'd be shocked if 2am till noon could ever exceed the evening peak.

Yup. It's pretty clear. What about going over the limit?

Depends how many businesses are using residential grade services.

I don't think there's a newer one. I'm just assuming that they're matching the speeds with Videotron's.

not for 15 30 and 60 mbps

**le prix de l’utilisation excédentaire des forfaits extrême sera vendu au coût de 0.50$/GB, et ce, sans plafond de surconsommation

wich mean no limit, so every extra gb you download over your limit is $.50

So there's a new tariff?

No, it's all based on rogers speed teirs.

But the CRTC tariffs is based on Rogers own filing. If Rogers implements different speeds, and if Rogers must speed match, then Rogers must have filed new tariffs.

Will we still have to pay for dry loop fees now?

And what will be the upstream speed ? All I see is D/L speeds

wow...that would be painful when you only have a max of 250 GB to deal with. I don't think they would entertain the possibility of providing unlimited cap to anyone soon enough

I assume that Videotron will have no choice but to implement the new tariffs come Feb 2nd, tariffs they filed themselves, which resulted in this CRTC decision.
