Re: [Southwest] FiOS is not available to us, but it is for our n Before VZ can install FIOS in an apartment/condo building the landlord/HOA must sign two agreements with VZ. One giving permission to install run fiber in the building, the other is a marketing agreement.
Check with your condo owners association to see if they have signed those agreements with VZ.
