Can I get a little help from someone here with DVR+?
Record something on MSG. Does it play back what's on MSG+? You can even try pausing it live, that records MSG+ for me too.

Hi - Just tested it and msg on channel 71 is recording the correct channel.

Still recording MSG+ for me.

Thanks - I called yesterday as I've missed a few single time record shows and was upset enough to call. They are sending a tech today to check signal levels but I can't imagine it's on my end. They also asked me to make sure I am turning the boxes off so they can get updates.

The original reason I called was to ask them to shut it off and turn the service back on like I am a new customer. I was thinking that could clear up some profile issue as I'm convinced there is some sort of software issue with my account. My daughter used an ipad to record something and now every time she uses it they put a pin code on those recordings. Numerous phone calls and no one could turn that 'feature' off or tell me how to stop it here.

the problems are all on their end, since none of the recording data is stored locally on the boxes.

sometimes the recordings stay for 2-3 weeks and other times they don't even repeat the next week. I wish I can complain and ask for some money back but it's still free for a year.. such a shitty product

I've noticed that my all epsiode prime time recordings for next Tuesday and Wednesday have scheduled. First time in a while.

DVR Plus is now available on Long Island.

It's working much better now. I have noticed that my all episode recordings are scheduling fine now. They told me they thought the fix was going to be pushed last week.

More fixes have been pushed out, scheduled recordings are reappearing.
