It did not reboot back into Windows but went directly to "loading ramdisk" and started the Acer Recovery routine. Talk about panic !!! I waited for the first window to appear and cancelled out, rebooted and got back into Windows with no apparent damage. That's enough to make you break into a sweat!! Joe P
