you are right, I just fixed it, I unhooked everything but the HDMI cord and left it off for a bit and once it powered on again and got all the information it needed, it's working just fine now.
but I'm still having the problem with On Demand, keeps saying I need to activate my receiver to access it but will run and show everything behind the warning screen.
So after that is fixed, the only problem I will have is the lack of features on the DVR.
