Re: [Speed Issues] Ultra100 not so ultra in Fort worth I have someone coming out. I cant hit 100mb even though from the modem, router and pc is gigabit. Something is seriously wrong. My speeds are stuck at Ultra60 still. |

Grants Pass, OR | Guess you been working with direct as well? They ran out of options for me. Which is why they sent a tech. roll. I am puzzled what it is. Every single time when I rarely have an issue. Always on Charters end. |

| Well they are having my contact the escalations manager Mike Henry i attepted to contact him seveal times this week and all i get is a voice mail he never once try calling me back i have no missed calls from him and he now told the direct people that im playing phone tag witch made me upset i dont appeciate some that has not attempted to contact me saying that so im going to contine to BLOW UP his voice mail till he returns my calls!!!
And if that wont work i will email the FCC a snapshit of my power levels witch are down 16db 15db 15db 15db that is providing me poor service and nothing is beeing done about it... |

I recived a call from Mr> Henry today and refuse to help with the matter in hand speed wise and power level so the FCC told me to fill this out and they will take care of it »transition.fcc.gov/cgb/consumerf···000E.pdf  |
